i took it to the dealer i bought it from, this was only a few days after purchasing it. i had trouble with it not ejecting shells probably 2or 3 times out of 25 shots i took it back to the dealer i told him i was having trouble with the slide lock.

he looked at it and first said it needed broke in, i said no its not right. it would not lock open the lever was very hard to move. so he called kimber to tell them about it and they said it was fine, mind you this was a prefered kimber dealer for many years, they wouldnt even take the gun in to look at it, he told them he was standing there with other kimber micro 9 that was working fine. they told him the gun was fine, to the credit of the dealer he gave me a complete store credit, said it wasnt fair to me that this gun was not right, he said he would deal with kimber and try to get the gun fixed.

i liked my kimber, you no sometimes you just get something thats not quite right, but they wouldnt even look at it, that is poor customer service. i bought a glock and love it
